Potential Kidney Match!

I'm so incredibly anxious and excited. Me and my sister entered the chained donation program with Mt Sinai and both cleared medical clearance last week. I didn't think it would happen this quick!! My coordinator called me a little while ago to tell me and to remain cautiously optimistic. They took labs for antibodies yesterday.

What can I expect? For the pre surgical testing and learning about post tx living? I assume it'll be told to me by my transplant center as things happen but I'd like to hear from fellow patients. I know it's a tough and challenging road ahead!
