Comp,sing about my bathroom breaks? Enjoy pics

So at one point in my life I had a crazy gut infection, I was on some killer antibiotics for it but still needed to work (no paid sick time). My boss had no issue with me suddenly sprinting to the bathroom every 15-45 min, he was willing to accept it in exchange for the skilled worker the rest of the time. However one of my co-workers we’ll call “D” had issues and apparently didn’t believe my issues were real. As a result he openly accused me of faking in front of our boss (who again believed me and was fine with it). So as a result I started sending D pics of the toilet every time I had a bowel movement (every 15-45 min) and at this point it was just intestinal lining and blood.

After a few pics he started complaining to our boss about what I was doing and the boss just laughed and said he brought it on himself and should hope I get better soon so the pics would stop…
