Snorkeling SE Asia?

My family likes snorkeling. We have snorkeled all over the world (Hawaii/Bora Bora/Maldives/Great Barrier Reef, etc). I'm trying to plan a trip to Bali, but the snorkeling there doesn't seem quite as nice as the other places we have been to? Note: Bali isn't mainly for snorkeling; it's just to go there, but being able to snorkel is a bonus.

Is it worth including another place like Cebu or elsewhere nearby into our two-week vacation? Komodo seems really nice, but I feel like that's not super easy to get to, and the accommodations are questionable? Ideally, if the place had a Hyatt-related property, that would be nice, but not mandatory.

Current plan: Currently going to Angkor Wat for a day (may stop in Saigon for a day or two since it's one of the connecting cities available), then venturing off to Bali for 10 days as a split between Ubud and Nusa Dua.

In case it's needed - Categories of hotels we're staying at:

Cambodia: Anantara

Bali (ubud): Mandapa (marriott points)

Bali (Nusa Dua): Andaz (Hyatt points)

Thank you in advance.
