Horizon 7.0 AT belt at an angle

Hi, we have the above treadmill that we bought in on January 2024. I don't donw how it happened but the treadmill belt is at an angle. We tried to fix it but can't. I called customer support but they keep saying that the technical team will contact me. We've been waiting for 3 weeks.

Does anyone know what we can do to fix it?

I have tried many many many times to adjust it. I've even tried loosening the bolts all the way to try and center it but it doesn't work. I'm attaching pictures in case it isn't clear what's wrong.

If you look closely, you can see it's close to the edge on the right at the top and close to the left at the bottom

Any help/advice would be really appreciated
