Arde Dagger vs some similar lines on equipment

So, we all know how absurd [Arde](http://www.tosbase.com/database/items/113001/) is with Cafrisun/Blessing. Looking at the language, it specifically says "Fire Property Attack Up 153". So:

1. Looking at the [Lumas Two Handed Sword](http://www.tosbase.com/database/items/122130/), it shares most of the language with the only difference being Up 34 Poison Property, so would it work the same?

2. However, the [Tilly Two-handed Sword](http://www.tosbase.com/database/items/123113/) says just "Lightning attack up 44" so how does that work? Is it reliant on having other lightning aspected damage?

I ask because some of the localizations are... not great, and these small differences can be important I would think.
