Question for my LA-South Bay ents about a referal off PCH in Manhattan Beach/Hermosa area. Don't upvote.

In a thread a few months ago someone commented about a great place to get a cheap referal and it was somewhere near PCH/Aviation I think, and like right next door to a popular dispensary. I'm wondering if anyone can let me know what place that was. I think it was initials like MBCX or something. I'm fed up with my guy, he is a flake and lately takes days to get at me. Thanks. Sorry if this breaks the "don't ask for hookups" rule but I don't think it does.
