Used wetsuit

I have a local guy selling a used Helix wetsuit. He said he got it around 2009 and he's selling it for $200. Is this a good deal I really have no idea how well wetsuits hold their value plus it's only been used in one sprint race. I was looking at reaction and tyr category 1 so if i could get a helix for less then those i think this would be great. Think I should pull the trigger.
