My spotify keeps playing random songs

I thought i was getting hacked so i change password everytime it happens and it happens quite often.

Its not just the song, the single cover for it also shows up, and its a one time thing. They dont keep replaying it like hackers do (ive been hacked one time). Im thinking its a virus with my phone but idk.

Anyone can help? Or know anything about this?
