BOTW hint about a hierarchy within the Hylian pantheon?

I haven't seen anyone else talk about this.

Something caught my eye while watching the following Treehouse livestream video:

At around 17:36, Bill enters into a ruined structure just in front of, and down stairs from, the Temple of Time. He climbs up on top of a guardian, than looks down at the ground. Which is when I found this:

On the ground, in the middle of the building, is the mark of Din. This made me curious, so I set out to find other symbols in similar situations, but then I noticed something on the map:

The ruined building exists as part of a trio of similar buildings. With this in mind, I went back to the videos to find that the 3 buildings were essentially identical (though in varying states of decay), with each building have a similar circle pattern on the floor. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find footage that gives a clear enough view of the floor patterns for each, but I'm going to take a guess that it would be something like this:

These 3 smaller "Temples" are dedicated to the 3 Golden Goddesses, creating a triangle which points to the massive Temple of Time which standing above. The Temple of Farore is at the bottom "right" (west). The Temple of Nayru is up the stairs and to the "left" (east). The Temple of Din is up another set of stairs, and to the "top" (south). Also of note is that these buildings share the same key layout concept with the Temple of Time itself. Each of the 4 buildings feature a raised platform opposite the main entrance, and aon the floor t the base of the stairs to the platform, is a circular pattern (I haven't got a clear look of the one inside the Temple of Time either).

Why are they on different elevations? Why is the Temple of Time (dedicated to Hylia) higher, and larger than the rest?

I believe that this may provide some insight into the religious beliefs of the Hylian people in the background of the game. Hylia is given a place of greater importance. If Din, Nayru, and Farore are the Goddesses of Power, Wisdom, and Courage, respectively, and the creators of Hyrule, than Hylia is likely viewed as the Goddess of Time itself.
