Are nasal spray and eye drops exempt from having to be in a quart sized bag?

I have two types of over the counter eye drops I use for my contacts and over the counter nasal spray for sinus/allergies.

Do they all need to be in the quart sized bag, or would it they be permitted to be separate like liquid medications are? I could definitely use the extra space in the quart bag if it’s an option.
