Their customer service is horrible! I ordered a shirt jacket from their website - The product listing said it was 100% cotton, but when it arrived, it was 100% polyester. I reached out to customer service for help, as I had felt misled. It was listed as final sale when I purchased it. The shirt was nice, so I was willing to keep it, but felt that a partial refund would make up for the fact that it was not a natural fiber as listed. When I reached out to customer service, they offered a 10% refund, and refused to take accountability for the discrepancy. I asked if there was anything else they could do, as the item was currently listed on the website for about 15% less than what I purchased it for. They then offered that I could return it for store credit, which wouldn’t have been helpful. Finally, they offered that I could return it for a refund to my credit card, but the eight dollars in postage I had originally paid would not be refunded.Finally, they refunded me 15%, and as I’m over all of the back-and-forth, I guess I’ll just keep it. Overall, terrible experience. Will not be purchasing from Tuckernuck again. For a higher price point brand, their customer service is laughable.
