Phone signal lost

Anyone have problems connecting to T-Mobile cell towers (or any of their 3rd party services like mint mobile)? I’m at Eagle Point apartments at 71st between Sheridan and Yale. I moved here Monday and then the day after I noticed my signal was out and said SOS only. Was told there was an outage but after it was resolved I never was able to be reconnected. Tried everything and have talked to roughly 15+ support agents. I tried changing my SIM card to my old phone and it worked for roughly 6 hours then back to no signal. Have tried driving around town but still nothing. An eSIM gave same results. I’m seeing lots of people online reporting similar issues with randomly only getting SOS only.

Edit: my mom let me borrow her SIM card and it’s working perfectly fine so I can confirm it’s not my phone. Guess T-Mobile just sucks ass! Asking for a refund for my plan and going to At&T
