I got quoted 18,600$!

I’m in need of a tummy tuck, little lipo and no muscle repair. I got quoted over 18k for it in Boston and my jaw dropped when I heard that number. Anyone has recs in New England for cheaper physicians that they loved? Hell I’d go anywhere at this point.
