Help a noob with a broken belt! (GMC ML 1000 / HF 38515 / Rhino TB 1001 CB)

Hi all.

I've got myself one of the above lathes, and today, I was halfway through a job, when the belt snapped, and now I'm looking for a replacement.

The problem is, I can't see any serial numbers on the belt - its shredded exactly where the printing was.

Googling tells me it's a fairly common low end lathe that is produced by a number of different companies under several names, but none of the manuals I can find list a part number, or have specs for a new one.

I've used an online calculator, but it suggests a belt about 15mm shorter than the old one stretched out. Does that sound right?

Anyway, if anyone wants to weigh in with some advice, I'm all ears. I'm in Australia, if that matters.....
