What is your most hated/loved wood to turn?

I really enjoy turning Zebrawood and Marblewood. Real easy to turn, not too soft or hard, they always come out looking nice.

I keep having bad luck with Bloodwood, perhaps I just got a bad tree?

Spalted woods (Tamarind to be specific) was so soft and crumbly, a real pain to work with.

Lignum Vitae/Vera wood. I really want to like these more, but dang are they super hard lol. I would definitely recommend using nothing but carbide on these! Go slow when drilling them and back it out often, that Vera wood had my 10mm smoking hot pretty quick (was my own fault, was trying to rush).
