Lathe recommendations

I have zero tools or experience with lathes. My goal is to occasionally make bowls and dishes. I’m not interested in turning table legs or anything of that sort.

I don’t like spending money twice, so I’d rather get something decent to start rather than a cheap thing and have to buy a better/sturdier one further down the road.
