While leveling: items with high single stats vs mutliple mid stats

Hi everyone, I'm new to twow and currently leveling my first char (lvl27 hunter). I had this dilemma a couple of times and I wanted to ask how other players deal with this. For example would you take the dusky leather leggings with +13 Agility or the barbaric leggings with +7 Agi, +7 Spirit and +7 Stamina?

You can also reply with different examples or more generally speaking, just interested to hear how other people think about this. :)
