Engraved Golden Bracelet location? (Scribbled Cooking Notes quest chain)

Hi turtle fellow, I was lucky to get Scribbled Cooking Notes from Kara10. I am also a cooking person, then intend to finish the quest chain to get Le Fishe Au Chocolat.

But I could not progress further the second quest in the chain (Lost and Found quest) as I could not find the location of the quest item (Engraved Golden Bracelet). I tried to research in the internet but there is not much of information.

Is there any "Cooker" who had finished the quest? I would appreciate if any clue to find it out.
