South Korea - USSR

Just curious opinions here...I'm about .500 overall with 150-200 games and if I don't have access to Decol or Destal or Vietnam Revolts, I will dump 4 ops into SK and one into either NK or Afghanistan, sometimes even if we're not past Defcon 4 yet (but I try to not allow an Asia coup to follow). Just curious thoughts on how important controlling a second bg in Asia is to everyone and potentially diminishing Korean War as you already own it (but also, not taking that risk).
