Commission Hair Salons

Does anyone know of a good, commission based hair salon in Tyler that is hiring? Only looking at w2 based salons, not 1099’s and a healthy work environment that values their employees. I have 15 years of experience, a great team player, management experience and looking for a good salon to join. Thank you!
