Video not playing on kansas.com

I noticed the site [kansas.com](https://kansas.com) has spots for videos and the player isn't loading. I verified that with uBO off my Pi-hole lets the video through.

Toggling lists on and off it seems to be an issue in the uBlock Origin lists or in Peter Lowe’s Ad and tracking server list but I have not fully been able to verify it one way or the other.
