Can't restore My Filters from cloud

Chrome on Mac, latest versions. uBlock Origin stopped working today, said to restore the extension and I did, but all customization was gone. I removed and re-added the extension and enabled advanced user and cloud storage but the only option visible is to upload to storage.

I always save My Filters to cloud storage after updating but can't access it now as that option isn't available. I can't find instructions or previously answered question anywhere.

Could anyone tell me how to download the list of filters or otherwise restore it? Thanks.
