Uber choose ID problem

Hi, it's been a few years since I used Uber. I'm seeing now it says not verified so that is different. Trying to get verified before the weekend and when I select Add your ID on the Account screen, the "Loading verification" screen pops up then disappears and takes me back to the Add your ID page.

Had anyone seen this and can tell me how to work it?
