If the screen says "Pickup on 12345 Main Street, Near Bossman towing" Why would you go to the "near" location and not the green drop off point pin?

Ive been ubering from work, which I absolutely hate, because I was t-boned and my car was totalled. I also have injuries that make it hard to move.

Almost every driver has stopped on the main road and expects me to walk to them on an injured leg. There is a pick up pin right in front of my jobs door. Its 100% the one I choose every time. They still stop on the main street.

Today I confronted my driver and asked if thats something uber drivers do often. He shows me his screen and says he was confused and that he thought this was the pick up spot. I show him the big ass green pin and he says well the text at the top of the screen says this.

"Pickup on 12345 Main Street.

Near Bossman towing on 45678 Side Street"

Now I get that thats a stupid way to format instructions because all the text is the same size and font but even after I explained that it says "Pick up on 12345 Main Street" and just gives a nearby address for reference and that at the very least the pin is big as hell, he still says well its confusing...

Thats your whole job, and you're a top rated driver 😮‍💨
