How can I order a new background check?

I am stuck in a feedback loop, SambaSafety has a outdated MVR and the dispute system cannot get them a new MVR. They say Uber needs to request a new check. Uber support team keeps giving me spam responses and telling me to dispute the check with SambaSafety.
