Do I really have to do this…

Alright so, for context, I have a Class C vertical license yadda yadda I got it right when I was 18 bc I got my learner’s permit stuff done right before I turned 18 (I live in Texas) so by the time I got my card in the mail it was already like a real deal license. The only things ‘wrong’ with it are that it has an “under 21 until-“ section and in the back it has the LOFS 21 or Over as well as the Correctional Lenses, because again, it’s a 4 year old license… It does NOT expire until 2028. No actual fucking human looks at my background check dispute where I explain that I, unsurprisingly, wear glasses, and also that im fucking 22 now. Like am I stupid? I feel like it shouldn’t be this big of a problem.

They keep giving me the runaround. Go to Checkr, go to Uber, go back to Checkr, re-do the background check, but oh wait, it’s automated and it got insta-rejected. Go back to Uber, they say sorry you gotta go run that by Checkr again. Why is the dispute option there? Does anyone even read the “context I can provide” or not? I do not want to have to go get a whole new license because the dumb fucking automated system doesn’t work
