My Brother was Deactivated

Hi,

My brother has not driven for Uber for 18mo. He was just deactivated by Lyft with a reference to Uber info. There is some Sexual Harassment note but we can't find out when or what it is about. He just found out, filed an appeal. Today he gets 'After carefully reviewing your account and the information you submitted as part of your deactivation review request, we’ve determined that **your account will remain deactivated** because you violated your agreement with Uber (which includes adhering to our Community Guidelines). This decision is final.' But they still have not stated when the 'incident' occurred. Needless to say, the position is this is some kind of error and is the only complaint ever.

Do any of you know how to go about finding out the information the deactivation is based? He is a very careful person around this topic. This leaves him unable to get a driving job.

Edit - The appeal stated he did not know what this was about, please provide information. They did not provide ANY info.
