Add more login server nodes to your load balancer rotation, etc
Either one of your login server nodes in load balancing rotation is screwed up and not running as well as the others, or you need to add more, period.
Being stuck infinitely at "Connecting to Servers" is crappy, and you'd think that after god knows how many launches that have all overloaded your login servers or the backend DBs they connect to, that you'd deploy more login server nodes in advance and add them into rotation (hopefully after being QE-approved), or you'd splinter them off across many DBs and deploy as a cluster before the launch of a major title.
If you're going to overload your login servers at the launch/release of a new game, you lose a lot of future potential purchases due to giving a legitimate shit-talk reason to all the people really wanting to shit talk Ubisoft for any reason possible.
Spending some extra funds to make sure your infrastructure can handle a launch smoothly will get you a lot more profit due to the game's initial reception.
Just saying.
BTW, I'm a huge fan of a majority of your games; and I've been telling a lot of my friends that Ubisoft games as of late haven't been shit on PC. Please don't turn me into a liar and get it together.
