What is wrong with the damn admissions office?

I have tried for months now. Twice my final transcript had been sent electronically, today will be a third. A physical copy has been sent twice, once via mail, once in person directly to the office. Still they have “not received a final transcript”. I have been trying for months I have tried everything what the hell do I even do at this point? Until they remove that hold, I don’t get financial aid. My tuition is due in october, I’m fucked. I literally can’t afford college without financial aid that’s why i worked my ass off for four years to get scholarships and BF. I’m one person, I don’t have help from family I am literally all on my own, my last fucking hope is them finally letting me schedule a meeting and handing it directly to them and watching them input my transcript myself. What the fuck do i do i’m just at the end of my rope here.

UPDATE: After some emails and calls it was fixed! I even got a confirmation email regarding my financial aid. A long endeavor to get here! Thank you to everyone’s advice! I also know the offices are overwhelmed and I know whatever has happened with my transcript was an honest mistake that hopefully no one else has to deal with. Stay safe out there!
