Is "everybody on steroids"?

I think a lot of us have the belief that most of if not all UFC fighters are on gear. If that were the case, would we not hear more from ex-fighters or trainers exposing how they took roids and how their camp/coaches distributed roids to their fighters? It seems like the chances of that getting leaked are pretty high.

It wouldn't surprise me that the very elite are taking enhancements, but surely your average prelim or middle of the road fighter isn't doing all of that. Idk I'm open to discussion on this.
