Emgency stop for a workshop

So here the question we've got a community workshop and it's been suggested that we need a way to kill all power to the room via an emergency stop button dotted aorubd the room.

Does anyone know anyone who makes and off the shelf solution and/or who's to contact regarding making having one made up.

I can figure out how to make a basic contactor with a NVR system but I also know as with all things life isnt quite that simple, so it beyond my knowledge
