My sockets their board

Afternoon, after a general concensus: my house needs a socket rewire, I'm a trained engineer and know what I'm doing when it comes to installing a radial circuit and am planning 4 circuits: 1. Upstairs sockets 2. Downstairs sockets 3. Garage 4 kitchen

All in 4mm2 radial.

The question is: if I do all the wiring and chasing up until the fuse box, would any electrician be happy to come fit a replacement modern fuse box and include my circuits in it.
