National grid experiences

Hi all, in the hands of national grid to come and look at/quote/do the work for moving a cutout at a customers block of flats. It’s literally spin it 180° and move it about 3” so they move it from being within one of the flats to the outside wall. Customer is going to cut the hole in the wall and remove any pipes that are currently in the way.

But as we’re in the lap of the network gods I’m just wondering if anyone has any experience with them as to roughly how long it might take for them to come out (West Midlands), and how much they might be looking for, roughly.

I know they’re a bit ‘how long’s a piece of string’ type questions, but if anyone has any experience they can share I’d be grateful so I can pass on to the customer to give them an early indication.
