The Russian foreign ministry said: "The Kiev [Kyiv] regime's reaction towards destruction of civilian infrastructure is a testament to its terrorist nature."

This is how delusional the ruzzian state is, after it has spent the last 7months targeting and murdering civilians and deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure.
