Consent Forms - Which one do I sign?

Hello, hoping someone can help answer. I have a family visa renewal application in process. UKVI just sent me 3 consent forms that I need to fill out:

Part 1 w/ Guidance: Consent for Home office to verify application info: This is self-explanatory that I sign

Part 2 w/ Guidance: Content for the Home office to verify third aparty information: Asking for Name and address of Joint Owner. Do I need to have my wife (Who is British) sign this?

Part 3: Consent for the Home office to verify information from third party sponsor: It says name and address of financial sponsor. Who needs to sign this one or do I not sign it?
