College Series, Rankings, and Forfeits

So I've searched and searched the USAU website and I can't find any info about how a forfeit is handled in terms of the ranking algorithm. What does a forfeit mean in terms of ranking score for that game for the team that forfeited, the team that didn't, etc, etc.

Anyone have any idea? With rankings being so much more important with regional bids and such, this could be handy info to have.

Also, does anyone know of an official list anywhere of teams disqualified throughout the season because of forfeits?
