I bought the game for early access but i have a problem ...

The game is quite different than normal UGCW game and Total war games. Enemies are too strong in early. They got 4k of good infantry while i got 1-2k militia, and their number could go up much faster than my ability to create my militia regiments, if they send 2k to attack then it's me usually who failed to defend because i lack of officers to create regiments.

Any tips? i play in normal difficulty tho, no idea how a harder game would run lol
