Help me understand my Iperf results

Im running a 1 gigabit network connection and im getting slow transfers between my truenas and Unraid. When i transfer files via ssh from Truenas to unraid, i get about 20MB/s which is very slow for a gig connection.

Is my iperf results showing that it's almost hitting my 1 gig connection at about 830ish? am I reading this right?
