How to clear out port that a docker was using?

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I recently installed the MakeMKV-RDP docker. One of the default ports is 8080. I didn't realize that my Sabnzbd docker used this port. This is causing some issues as I could not access the Sabnzbd web ui anymore. I have changed Sabnzbd to use 8081 and it's working but I no longer have the MakeMKV-RDP docker installed and would like to set Sabnzbd to 8080 again.

The problem is that even though I've deleted the docker and deleted the image it seems like it's still mapped and Sabnzbd cannot use it. In my appdata folder there is still a folder for MakeMKV-RDP but there is no data in the folder. I am unable to delete it for some reason through Windows file explorer. Is this what is causing the port to still be set to MakeMKV? Is there some way I can delete this and the port from Unraid?
