Critique My Energy Pistol Build

Hey hey people. This is my first time building a character from scratch. I'd like to go for a craft early craft often laser pew pew build. I've tried to hit the important breakpoints and I think the skills are ok. I'm mostly wondering about specializations (for instance is 5 points in Recklessness better than 5 in High Technicalities with such low int?)
