Luxury items and spoilers

Are there any merchants in game where you can get the actual full value for luxury items whether in items and money or just money, I know the oculus has constantine but I havent done a stealth/psionic playthrough yet so I havent been there and seen his inventory but it seems kind of retarded that only a single merchant in the entire underrail would buy luxury items especially considering the three way core city oligarchy and the corrupt bureaucratic protectorate politicians. I might also be missing something since the wiki on luxury items doesnt link who buys them or for what but considering they also count as miscellaneous I cant think of any good vendors if any that could get close to those values.
