Will I miss the extra 16 gb RAM?

I just bought a Legion 5 15" with RTX 3070, 16 gb RAM and 2 TB SSD. After doing so, I found there was a Legion 5 Pro 16" with the only difference being 32 RAM and 1 TB, for about 200 CAD more. I'm not sure if canceling my order and going for the pro to get that extra RAM instead of the extra SSD storage I'm getting atm, but I'm not sure what will I miss the most.

I will use it mainly for VFX and filmmaking in UE5 (no gaming creation, pure film) and I keep thinking that between the size of the projects and the rendered image sequences I'll definitely need the extra space to be able and work everything internally. I'm just not sure how much of an impact it will have to run with the 16 gb RAM.

I know display is way better in the Legion Pro but I'm willing on sacrificing that as I will have it plugged in to a monitor most of the time.
