High Neutrophils?

I got a biopsy on one of my hives this week and the doctor said the result was that I had a lot of neutrophils but he did not choose to change anything about my treatment, which is not working well right now. I live in Switzerland and there is a language barrier with my doctor so I don't generally get a lot of answers about what test results mean about my condition. Does anyone know what this could mean? I've had CIU since 2020 and have had severe hives nearly every day for over a month I'm going nuts.

Currently on Xolair every 2 weeks + Bilaxten + Montelukast
