Experience

I'm a hiring manager reviewing a package of resumes as I type this. May I just ask: on your resume, when you list your experience, please don't copy and paste the job duties. Tell me what you actually did. I don't need the job description - I need to understand your level of experience compared to others. If I have 10 people competing for the same job, and you all have the same duties listed for experience, the one person that explains what they really did rises to the top.
