Homeland Defender (ISO)

I just received my TJO and was wondering what the timeline was for most people. Am I looking at around 3 months till EOD? Is FLETC all in person or is some of it virtual? When I went through the process for it last time before the RTO mandate it was 3 weeks in person and 2 weeks virtual.
