What would you call a department that includes these roles/teams/functions?

Hi UXers, this question goes a bit broader than just UX, but I think this might be a good place to ask.

I'm building a case for expanding and restructuring a team, that will hopefully include moving some orphaned roles between teams/departments, and I would love any opinions on simply what would you call this department.

This is for a mid-sized nonprofit membership organization. This list isn't exhaustive, and not all of these exist yet, but it should give you a good idea. Right now, there are 13 people filling the positions that do exist, and obviously we'd need to add several positions to do all of this.

Here are the roles/teams/functions I have so far:

* UX (research, prototyping, design, planning, etc.) * Service design * *Some* front-end development, mostly UI interaction work * Branding/creative (including graphic design not limited to web/digital) * Web design * SEO (but maybe not SEM) * Email newsletters/email marketing (sending/strategy; design, but not handling campaign creative) * Analytics/data governance * Digital product management/ownership * Digital strategy * Project management * QA/testing * Web content management/production * Web governance * Information architecture * Taxonomy management * Content strategy * Content design/UX writing * Copywriting/editing

I'll also note that there would be a separate marketing team that would plan campaigns and handle all social media, that this department would work closely with. Part of what I'm trying to do is make the case that the branding and email folks sit in this department instead of with marketing, since a lot of those functions are increasingly technical, which the marketing teams are not. There's also a very capable IT department that includes strong front-end development skills, and all other usual IT functions.

Some thoughts I have:

* Digital Strategy * Digital Services * Digital Products * Digital & Creative Services

Also, if any of this seems obviously wrong, or if something is missing, I'd love to hear that as well. Thank you for sharing your opinions!
