"All questions must be answered through notes" Conversion Crimes

I got my first conversion crimes test in \*months\*.

This is a mobile test, and I'm on Android.

The special instructions are "> All questions must be answered through notes. 1. Email address"

Task one says to browse the page and then "write a note about it"

I can't seem to find anything on the website about notes. Where am I supposed to write the note? there is no text box or anything. Anyone encountered this?
