Save File Backup has no Buildings

Just starting to get into the game. Any save file I backup seems to contain the world, but none of the buildings or edits.

I was attempting to transfer a single player world to a dedicated server. Server seems to work fine, but transferring the save over only seems to make the seed transfer.
