Is Scheana a bad judge of character in her entire life or just when it comes to various Vanderpeople we've seen over the years?

Looking back she's had the most wrong impressions of the people on the show but does this extend into the rest of her life? Does she have like known associations with people who just suck but she defends endlessly? I mean obviously the taste in men has been 🤢 but like of all the bridesmaids do we have evidence of someone being messed up other than Rachel? Is her person reader broken or is it really just anything for a storyline?
