im year 11 and i didn't study all holidays

only doing unit 1/2s this year and school based exams don't count for anything because I've already got my S.

I'm gonna be enjoying my final September holidays where I can chill out, play video games and catch up with friends. I'm old enough to have fun without being reliant on parents and school only matters a little (for learning content next year).

I see far to many year 11s panicking over nothing, enjoy your final year of freedom, try your best and lock in hard for year 12. don't burn yourself out before you even start the year, develop good study habits and you'll be fine.

I don't even feel guilty for this. So I'm making this post for current and future year 11s, enjoy yourself. Years pass too quickly, because suddenly I'm not 15 anymore and worrying about what VCE subjects I'm gonna pick. I'm 17 and preparing to leave this chunk of my life in the past.

Have fun, don't waste your years to worry. I wish I could get my early days of highschool back. I'm a top student, but at what cost?
